Who is your cable provider? They went to DHCP? Did they call you or something to let you know of these changes?

Yay for me! 100 posts, I feel so special.. well not really.

The cable provider is now ATT Broadband Internet. Before it was Excite@home. And yeah, they went to DHCP. They send you a new e-mail at your (formerly @home, now it's @attbi.com) email saying they're switching things around and upgrading to 1.5Mbps downstream, but still sticking with lame *** 128kbps upstream. They're supposed to call tomorrow to let people know of th changes and how to setup your new settings for the new network. I can get on everything except mIRC now... Anyone clue me in to why this might be?

I'm wondering if it's just ATT still updating servers that it can't find my hostname. Weird that I can connect to everything else though.
