Cool, Bruce!

This means we have a little bit of JDM coming to this meet

Hey, do you know if that guy Brenden I think his name is, from NYC.. is he maybe able to come too? It's like under 100 miles for you guys its not too big of a trip I think.

Bruce, give me a call a couple days before the meet if you need some directions you should have my number still.

hey, it is a 99% chance I am going. My work gave me off but sometimes I get dicked into working b/c I am the assistant manager and if we need people working I gotta go in. But put me down for bringing potato salad, mac. salad, and coleslaw. How many people are going so far so I know how much to bring

There's a couple people in CT I've been trying to contact on this board who haven't been replying to me yet.. and a couple people locally I'm gonna try to contact (yellow p5 with white rims i see around town, red pro with altezzas, beige pro with altezzas, uh.. damn alot of them - hopefully I find them in my cruising and can mention this meet to them).. I think realisticly we're looking at only about 13-15 *people*, not cars, total.

Somebody else is also bringing pasta salad (a little diff. but kinda the same as mac. salad), so you can bring a smallish macaroni salad, and a bigger potato salad, and coleslaw.. sounds good

I have a feeling we will have too much food but it's safer to plan that way, so it's all good. You don't have to go crazy, if everyone brings a reasonable amount we'll be fine.

Those of you who haven't finalized what you're bringing please reply here and let us know what you can bring! - read the current list first though

As far as bringing meat.. again, the problem is that nobody as of yet is bringing charcoal, lighting fluid, and some foil to cook on.. (and whatever else is needed)

If you can bring charcoal and all the things needed to start up the grille that'll be great, otherwise it's easier to bring like cold things or deli like things.. also you'd need to bring barbeque utensils for flipping and such.

I'll add you to the list shortly..

I should have better directions on the web site a couple days before the meet.. Once I have my Protege back I'll make a trip up there to make better notes on how to get there.

Ok, sounds good turbo1g..

Zetec, you can bring some meat (burgers?) and a cooler.

I'll bring a couple packs of hot dogs too since it's not a big deal for me to get those.

Hey, I am gonna have to leave the meet at 1 b/c as I predicted I now have to work at 3 that day, so that gives me 2 hours to get home, plenty of time. See you soon.

I have a small cooler... how big are u talking about ?? mine is kind of small... I think it holds 8-10 soda cans...

And yes.. I can bring some meat....

Also, I have some cowboy charcoal that I need to use before winter... I could bring that too...

I'll have a definite answer about the meeting wed-thursday...

Ciao

David, sorry to hear you can't make it to this meet.

Next time we'll have better planning I'm sure as there's alot more people in CT (but they're just very hard to contact when they're on/off the board).

Again, the meet is THIS Saturday!

Since my web page may be confusing direction wise (and I will probably update it Friday night, so stay tuned)..

Kent Falls is in Kent, CT directly off of Route 7.

I wish there was an address to point you there, however there is none. You are best off taking whatever route is necessary (as suggested through mapquest) to go to Route 7 in Kent, CT, and then asking the locals once you are in town. (and hopefully they won't lie to you!)

Well I just got back from Miami Beach and had a blast. I saw a few 3rd gen pro's , some p5's (not hooked up) .. and a few 2nd gens (not hooked up) .....

My homeboy Brendon is down in Florida again , so he would not be able to make it . I know one thing , I see why he has 18's down there , my girl in Florida (different from the one coming to the bbq, so no remarks please) has a 2000 beetle and she is about to put some 18" chromies on it ,, tell me why I love her ? ...

Ok so , me and my girl will be coming to the meet this saturday , I just need to get some directions and get that stuff figured out . I am figureing that it will be bout a 2 hour drive , ... not to bad though ,,,
also does anyone have any idea what I should bring , do we need soda's , chips , or anything like that , as I really have no idea of what to bring up there,.. I can't bring meat cause it would spoil by time getting up there ....

Hey Dave pm me your number again , cause I changed cell phones and have a new number (sprint) ok ,....

ok , let me check out these directions
