Well, Delaware is a suburb of Philly, so I guess I'm in the area! 
I'd love to meet up sometime in august. I don't know the Philly area that well. Maybe on Penn's Landing somewhere? Or outside the city where there's free parking. There are a couple of good spots on 202 near Wilmington, too.
