white smoke O.O
Hey guys.... The other day me and a friend where just havin some fun his 05 accord V6 against my speed on the interstate. We both got on the onramp gettin on it hard well on my shift from 3rd to 4th i noticed a HUGE lag in the take off to the point to where i didnt have power for about 2 seconds. Now about 30 seconds after this happend i smelled a strong rubber burning smell through my air vents. Well this being 2 weeks ago i have noticed at times i still smell the rubber smell. but the other day i was drivin on the interstate goin about 80-85 and a good ole state boy decides he wants to pull me over. Thinking im screwed i sit in my car and await the certain ticket 79 in a 65. Well after about 2 minutes of sitting there a huge amount of white smoke comes pooring out of my tailpipe. I get out and smell it and it smells of burnt plastic. To make a long story short i kept driving (think god the cop only gave me a warning) and i have yet to see that much white smoke since (drivin 400 miles since this 1st episode). I have 10k miles on it and was wondering any ideas on what this could be. I thought head gasket but i havent lost any antifreeze and oil looks good. Any ideas would be greatly appricated.

well my friends i took my speed to the shop and they told me the turbo seals are bad and leaking oil into it and spiting smoke. 1 thing u all may wana listen too.... Mazda wanted all my copys of all my oil changes with tickets. I had 1 but if i didnt have it they would have voided my warrenty. May be a future note cause now i wont change my own oil so i can get a ticket for every time i change it

Yeah they pull that warranty BS whenever you actually try to use the warranty.
If you do the changes yourself, keep all records (all receipts) and a log of when you do any maintenance work.
I actually heard of some turbo problems with the MS6 when it first came out, with people finding oil inside their intercooler and finding little pools of it in the intercooler piping, indicative of leaking seals.
... I wish Mazda just stuck with Garrett like they did for the MSP.

Guy told me he would have to order a new turbo and when asked how long will it take to install he said proly 2 days with the labor and everything. Also when i got my new tires they found left rear shock leaking so i have to get a new 1 of those too :/
