what to do

Well guys, ive had a few probs with my speed3. Dealer said turbo is getting oil in it, rear left shock is busted and the people that change oil around here dont know how to put the filter on. First, for the filter, the guy at the shop told me that in normal filters they send the wrong gasket with it. kinda hard to believe i know but he put a toyota gasket on it and it works fine after 4 attempts of me spitting oil everywhere. So today i went to check out a mustang GT and they wouldnt give me anything for my speed even not knowing it had problems. My GT speed has 17k miles on it and they would only give me 17k for it so i said hell no! Ive waited and still waiting 3 months on my turbo, and am getting flustered with it. I will tell u this, mustang GT doesnt have nearly the pep the speed has, so i say screw em and im keeping my speed. Just hope i can get some service around here and soon, its very depressing.

Aren't you still under warranty?

Ya, its still under warranty, but the closest mazda dealer is 50 miles away and ordered my turbo 3 months ago and still waiting on it to come in. After the giant hit on trade in im just gona keep the speed and fix it up. I love the car, just hate the service.

That's too bad. But I would definitely keep it. Hopefully you can find better service.

I wouldn't go to that oil change place again. I'd find one where the people know what they're doing.

And NAPA auto parts has a oil filter for the speed3 that comes with the gaskets for like $5.00

Worst case scenario you can bring your own oil filters to an oil change shop and have them do the change.
