For the past few months, I've been experiencing some jumping from 1st to 2nd gear. It only happens when the engine is cold. Once it warms up, it doesn't exist.
I have about 105k miles. I've had it flushed and it did not take care of the problem. My fluid was dirty. Could it be that I need the filter replaced? Any other advice would be greatly appreciated since I am hoping I won't have to resort to replacing my tranny. Anybody else experiencing this on their 3?

 

I know there were some reflashes available for the ECU re: shift shock from 1st - 2nd. You might want to check with your dealer to see if it applies to your car.
