For a price, or are they just good guys like that?

I'm sure they'll make damned sure you like the setup before doing any welds, no one likes to take apart their own hard work.

Haha thanks for the luck man and yeah they are just good guys. No extra charge either. My friend knows a guy who works there so I'm getting a pretty good deal on it. But its true man if you dont like it then they re do it. I've heard a couple people tell me about them. And my friend talked to the guy and he really said if i didn't like it he would change it and make it however I wanted.

Our cars aren't wide enough for the dual exhaust look I find. Ever see an SRT4 with dual exhaust? Look too close together.

Dual exhaust looks good on wide wheelbase cars like stangs or Grand Prixs. Just my $0.02

o lord , lets not start the old exhaust debate again......if you want to run a dual like the mazda 6 has , it's fine...it's a 150 hp car, it's not a drag car, so who give's a crap about a few extra pounds...if you like it, it'll be fine....for the most part just trust the shop. If they are reputable they'll build you a good exhaust, it just depends on what look you want.....

Oh, no I wasn't commenting on weight. I just think for looks, our car's wheelbase isn't wide enough to make it look good.

Of course, just my opinion. If you like it, then go for it.

Heh thanks guys for all of your input. I'm going with single exhaust. I had thought it over too and that's really all that I need. I have learned a lot from this and thanks again... anyone know about getting cam gears. I won't lie I don't know a whole lot about engine work and performance so thats why I ask all of these questions.

cam gears are going to do very little with stock cams, plus there is the cost of dyno time to adjust them to what you want

I had a buddy who ran dual exhaust on a truck wich extended into four pipes after the split, and asked him the same question. He told me that for either supercharged or turbo'd autos it really doesn't matter as long as you make the volume the same. For example he had split 3" pipes that ran into four 1" pipes, that split out to two on each side behind the door (looked great). It had great respnse in low rpm and responded all the way through the power band. I guess it's a matter of volume but most import it's what you like

ahhh thats freaking me out..... DAmn Ewok

well, if you are doing it just for looks, and you dont wanna mess with th e back pressure you can always just weld a dummy pipe and just dont connect it to the engine.... its ricer i know but gets the job done
