Coolant Leak

I have a coolant leak on the right side of the 2.3l engine. I could use some guidance to identify what this is that it's leaking from and how to fix it. Anybody have a clue? Please see attaced pict IMG_2861.JPG

Did you find out what it was?

Im having the same problem at the exact location. Water comes out even if the engine is off.
