Hi everyone new here,I have a mazda 323 1500 lxi automatic with air con great car but after I use the air con there is an awful smell in the cabin, something like stale urine this lasts for quite a long time before going away.Then when I use the air con again it comes back.I bought one of those air con deodirisers in a aerosol can,this didnt work.Rang mazda dealer who told me the problem is the cabin/pollen filter will need renewing and queted me a price of £40.00 plus vat and fitting.I asked where the filter was located and he wouldnt commit hiself saying they differed depending on year of car.Could someone please tell me where the filter is located I have looked behind the glove box and in the engine bay but no luck the car is a 2000 year.thanks gazza.
