Yes, I agree with Jeffro, the best thing you can do is just wash them with soapy water. They require handwashing, the touchless power wash won't cut it. It is really easy to get them clean with a wash rag.
And again, as Jeffro stated, wax your wheels. Even the Mazda owners manual says you should do this. The wheels are protected by a clear coat just like your paint. If you don't wax them it will start peeling after a few years. The brake dust, road salt, and any other environmental causes can damage them, the wax will help protect them.
