Tinted fog lights/ Empty connector?? Help!

Tinted fog lights/ Empty connector?? Help!
Hey guys!
I tinted my foglights, mirrored, after tinting all the house windows, i had some left overs so i tried, i guess its ok, just want your opinion!
Another thing is, just behind the front bumber, behind the radiator support, there is an empty connector, is it suppose to be empty for the model of my car? i have 2007 hatchback S. Pic is attached, the last 2 pic, i circle what i am talking about! thanks for the info!
