Forgive my nievete but what is a MazdaSpeed3? I'm in a 2.5 and it's pretty speedy to me.

 

It's the turbocharged version of your car. It also has a lot of other performance upgrades over a standard 3, but the turbo is the main difference.

There was a 2008 Turbo in the lot for 3 k $ more next to the 2010 I bought. I was getting out of a car with too many options (yes that's possible) so the 2.5 was fine.
At my age more power would stretch my slower reflexes. I'm not 50 any more.
