Purchasing New Battery

Going to be getting a new battery here in the next few days for my '04 M3. Any recommendations? Not looking for anything fancy or expensive. Want something reliable within a moderate price range. Any suggestions would be great.

crescent83 is an unknown quantity at this point
Sorry i'm not answering your question. I have the same question. By chance, did you find the answer you were looking for or did you already buy the battery. If so, which did you decided on?

No, I didn't get one yet. I've been doing a little research and it looks like I'm gonna have to spend around $150 to get a decent battery. Not sure of the brand as of yet - still researching that as well. I'll keep you posted on what I get.

I ended up going to Auto Zone this past Friday and buying a Duralast battery for $89. They installed it for me for free. I had a weird moment where after I started the car after installation, my car stalled about 5-6 times. I only made it down the street and I drove back to Auto Zone and told them about what my car was doing and when we went out to look at it, I started it back up and have not had a problem since. I'm thinking maybe my computer had to readjust to the new battery. The battery came with a 3 yr warranty and 8 yr pro-rated warranty. Not a bad deal at all. 640 cold cranking amps.

Hope this helps.
