Hey I just joined the forum, but man I am pretty excited! I asked my mom what kind of car I should buy and she told me a sedan. Well I first picked out the new 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer, but the white one I wanted at the dealer already got sold. So then I moved on and saw the Mazda3. I showed my mom and she was very thrilled about it. She loved the gas milage and how affordable it was. She told me that we can go test drive it and she will see from there. I used to own a 1993 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am, but I fish tailed around a corner and what do you know... I did 2 donuts, went into on coming traffic, hit no cars but I did hit a fire highdrant and dig it out of the ground and dragged it with me. Car got totaled and I have my insurance money to use as a down payment. So hopefully by the end of this summer ill have my new Mazda3 in white. I cant wait to spend all my money on it paying for its monthly payments! :P

Thanks a bunch! I called Mazda today and I asked them if they had black on white but he didnt know. Lol he told me he would call me in 20 minutes but he actually called me in 2 hours! Oh well. Hopefully ill purchase one soon! Im soo excited! Hey btw is your Mazda3 an automatic or manual?

Step it up to the MazdaSpeed 3, haha.
Good choice on a car there, I almost went with a Lancer once, but the base models have no go at all, and even the rallyart is just OK. My protege feels just as fast, and it's supposed to have about 20-25 less horsepower...

 

WoW!! Haha I would change to the speed3 but im making payments on this car myself. Im only 16 haha. And plus I dont like HBs. But yeah I have to get an automatic though so I dont know if it will be a fun car to drive still. Hopefully you guys have driven a Mazda3 thats automatic and hopefully its fun!

Dont choose Automatic.... manual, its cheaper, more powerful and easy to mod

 

Well see my mom wont give me my money unless I buy an automatic. Lol she is holding my insurance money right now. But im not sure yet. Im about 90% sure I have to get an automatic, but at the same time im using my sisters credit to buy my car and so it might change. Hopefully ill be in that 10% range!
