Newbie buying Mazda 3

i m considering to buy a Mazda 3 1.5 Sedan, but there are some questions
1. 07 have a facelift version, and as it say, S-VT is introduce to 1.5 version. is that mean, Mazda 3 before 07 dont have S-VT
2. The Mazda i m interested in is a 2nd hand, it is 05 version, therefore, the rear light is red colour cover, but i want to change to the new rear light as the pic below (Not LED, but i couldn't found in internet, anyone have website that selling this light
3. 1.5 version tachometer do not have blue colour circle, and i would like to change it, but it seem only 2.0S or 2.3 version have, is it possible for 1.5 install that tachometer, and also anyone have website that selling it??

thx all bro
