mazda 3 won`t start

hi, my 2018 mazda 3 ignition will not come on every now and then .i put my foot on the brake and the green key light comes on and the light on the stop/start button is also green but when i press to start no ingition lights come on and the stop /start light stays green but flashes and there is about 3 audio beeps if i keep pressing the button after a while it starts .i have put a new battery in it and also in the remotes no difference some times it will not happen for months then sometimes twice a week ,my scan tool won`t work because i have to turn on the ingition for it to work .has anyone got any clues of the fault thanks
