Mags for my mazda 3

hey everybody.. im wanting to buy mags for my mazda 3 sport hatch.. i am looking on he net and it says 18 x8 then like 5 x 100 etc what does this 5 x 100 mean ?

also what size would fit nicely?

The net lied. Your lug pattern is 5x114.3.
For an 18x8 the offset should be around +45
