I was reading the 3's features and as a standard option on the i and s you can open the hood, and the fuel door remotely. How does that work? I don't have a 3 yet so can anyone that has one test it for me?

that just means there's a button/switch/lever inside the car that you push or pull to open them up. it's NOT like the remote locks that you open with the little key ring thing.
