iPOD in my 3
I was looking around today at tweeter and best buy to see if they could install an auxiliary input for my ipod. Has anyone done this, or replaced the stereo at all to see the back, or does anyone have the map to the stereo. I know some products that i found would connect to an M-bus or P-bus on cd changers, does the 3 have either of them. I hate using the wireless FM modulator on the iPOD b/c I live in Philly and I can't find a station that holds clear all over the city.

Hard wired is probably best. But it's so much easier to try a wireless FM modulator/transmitter. Some are better than others. Have you tried the irock 400FM ? - works well for me. Try one - return it if it doesn't work for you.

I used the neo ion from www.mp3yourcar.com - it hooks to your cd changer port.
