Yep, my seat squiks as well. Kinda sounds like two pieces of foam rubbing against each other. Another annoyance is that the someing near the front windshield seems to "rattle" while driving...just can't seem to pinpoint it.

 

i have that same issuse it drives me carzy and mine is an 08 but i havent tried to go to the dealer yet

 

Yep mines an 08 as well...Of course if you take it to the dealer, they will say they can't duplicate the rattles. Plus the last thing I want is them driving my car hard....

 

get one of the technicians/service reps to go for a ride in the car with you. That what I did...and they found the problem (wasn't an interior issue, but it should work just the same.)

I have a minor problem with my drivers seat rubbing on the center console and it kinds squeaks...but I'm pretty sure its cause my fat *** flattens it out enough for it to rub. also, does anyone else's drivers seat seem loose? I can kind of rock mine back and forth. I'm pretty sure thats not supposed to happen.

 

A lot of MS3s have this issue, especially in colder temps. For most it seems to be the windshield cowl (black plastic peice that lays against the windshield under the wiper arms) "rattling/squeaking" as it rubs against the glass of the windshield. I put black electrical tape on the underside of the cowl so that the plastic does not get to rub on the glass. It fixed my 95% of the rattle issues I had.

 

Mine does the same thing! I have stuffed a napkin between the side of the door and the dash, but would like a more elegant fix. Thanks!
