Headlights dirty from the inside

Headlights dirty from the inside
My 2004 Mazda 3s sedan has a problem. Both my headlights are all yellowy on the inside of the glass. Anyone had this happen? How do I clean it and fix it? I'm sure that it reduces the amount of light it lets through.
