From what I know, you can change the type of bulb you have (power and color), clean the cover of the headlight (if it is all dusty or looks opaque), or just grab a new headlight altogether for that type of car.

For the type of bulb, you can get it in different "colors" for the white range. Colors range, from what I've seen, 3000K to 10000K (yellow to bright white/blue) with pure white (white with very slight blue) being 6000K and OEM white (just white only) being 5000K. For a 2008 Mazda, the type of headlight you hold is an LED (For a 3rd gen Mazda, it is HID (Halogen bulbs)). Power is also a good factor for finding a better bulb. My recommendation is at least something above 40W. But I'd prefer a 55W bulb. (Prices can range from $35 to $150)

For a dusty cover, you can easily google the type of car you have and clean the headlight.

For a new headlight altogether, it is a bit of a task. But, I know that Autozone or some other types of shops have headlight sets that you can buy (for about $120)
