Hi All Mazda 3 Owners!

I recently bought a 2005 Mazda 3 s 2.3l and made a few mods to it. Xenon lights, tint, ect. Now I want to boost performance and so I bought all the necessary parts to install a cold air intake system. I have the piping, filter, MAF sensor adaptor, and some connection pieces but when I installed it my engine idled for a while and stalled. A guy at autozone told me to disconnect the battery for a half hour after installation to reset the air/fuel ratio of the ECU?


Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
