there's no capacity listed for brake or power steering fluid.
I did a brake flush on a forester a few months back and just got a 32 oz container, that was enough... but it's good to get a couple small containers too and just bring back the unused ones.
I'd guess the PS takes a quart, again, get some extra just to be safe.
