I didn't see a specific area to post electrical isues so I am posting it here under General.
Dec 16, rear window defroster and side mirrors defrosters not working. Indicator light on the switch on the dash comes on when activated. Car has 60,000+ kM on it. Manual says could be 15A fuse for the side mirrors or 40A fuse for the rear window, but check the 15A first. Checked both and they look okay plus continuity tester confirmed that both fuses are okay. Put everything back and this morning, Dec17, the defrosters are working! Don't know why they wouldn't work the day before.
BTW: There is only one fuse puller provided and this is on the engine side fuse box but no spare fuses. The other fuse box, locate below the glove box on the passenger side, has no fuse puller nor spare fuses. All my others cars or trucks, even old ones, had spare fuses.
