2005 Mazda 3 Power Door Locks

I just made an account for this forum in hopes I can find the answer as to why my 2005 Mazda 3 door locks aren't locking. The door locks unlock 100% of the time but the lock works maybe 5% of the time, so super rare. It doesn't matter if I use the remote or if I use the switches on the door panels. When I try to lock the car with the door panel switches I hear a click under the passenger side glove box. I see the fuses are down there and the fuse is good (number 37). I don't think it would be the actuator since it doesn't work on any doors and when it does work all doors work. I took apart the door panel and saw there is a black and green with red wire to the switch. The black wire runs to the handle side of the door (closest to where the door latches when closed). The green with red wire I can't follow with it running into the car and all the wires running under the dash/steering wheel. So I was hoping there is a relay or something that is just bad that would work the locking part of the power door locks. Sorry if this isn't done right based on the forums or put in the wrong spot.
