08 maazda 3 H7 HID bulb question

Hi guys,

new on here. I dont own a mazda3 but my cuzin owns one. i bought her an HID kit for her H7 bulbs and the bulb def doesnt fit. how do i modify the bulb to make it fit?

this is prolly a questions answered a ton of times, but would greatly appreciate the help!

Take a close look at the dead bulb that you took out...is it plugged into an adapter of some sort?


The 1st time I swapped out the H7s in my Protege5, I had the same problem until I realized that you have to take off the socket that's attached to your old bulb.

OH SNAP! spots is on this forum too!


posts some pics of the base of the HID bulb and I'll tell you if they look right. They could have just sent you the wrong bulb type.
