Was checking out some tires from tirerack.com and found some Kumho Ecsta MX's in 225/40/18. Will these fit on a 08' MS3 (215/45/18) without creating problems? ie rub etc.... Im a noob at this and didnt want to order and then have fitment issues.......Thanks!

 

Call tirerack and they will walk you through it. Or go to a local tire dealer ( a knowledgeable one ) and ask them, especially if they are the ones you are going to have mount them.

 

for what its worth i test drove a used one with that tire size... they were falkens

 

Yes they will fit, I ran that tire size first on my factory wheels then on my Enkei's and they fit fine. Though they would look better on the Enkei RPF1s I'm selling lol
