Removing Brake Fluid from Reservoir Bottle on 2007 Mazda 3s

Has anyone found a way to remove the brake fluid from the 2007 Mazda 3s Hatchback 2.3L reservoir. The reservoir bottle (as you know - shown below) has a built in plenum/shelf just inside the bottle to prevent fluid from being accessible using a pipet or tube. Has anyone found a way to withdraw fluid from the bottle so that I don't have to flush the older fluid in the bottle above through the brake system during a bleed?
