mazda 3 sports turbo diesel help
Hi everyone I hope someone can help. My wife has a mazda 3 sports diesel 2 ltr turbo diesel 2008. I know about the oil rising and I change my oil 2 or 3 times a year. Last week I put it off due to the bad weather. Big mistake car was very low on diesel as well. The wife says that the car was revving high and the smoke was everywhere. She stopped the car and I brought it home. I drained the oil and put fresh oil and filter. I put a can of diesel in. I turned it over and the car ticked over a few second then started to rev on its own with loads of smoke. I asked my friend and he said start it up with the turbo off. I started the car. The car ticked over with loads of smoke. Me thinking the turbo seals had gone I ordered a new turbo and fitted it. I started the car exactly the same. The car ticked over for a few second and then started to climb on its own with loads of some. I just took the injectors off to have them tested. These where new last year but the high rising oil could of damage them, I don’t know. Inside two of the piston chambers I sucked about a tea spoon of black diesel. Oh I am sending the injectors off to be tested because the engine knocking. It sounded the same as last time the injectors went last year. The injectors on the outside look good. Sorry for the long story but I want to know what damage does high rising oil does to the engine. If the injectors come back ok. I am a lost. Anyone can help. Thanks jason

ok . took the injectors apart just the nozzel. i noticed on 3 of them the needles was tight to pull out. altho the nozzels where newish i cleaned them so should be good now. i fitted all together and nothing had changed. the engine revs up high on start up and i have to turn it off with the key. smoke everwhere. i bought a compression test of ebay. these are my results.
1, 210 psi then leaks back down
4, 290 psi and holds
now look at this piston number 2 and 3 kept on climbing they reached 400 psi and the hose on the guage blew off, cheap ebay tool
so does this mean anything to some one also what is the correct psi and finaly has anyone got the correct procedure for removing the head and locking the timing. if i have posted this in the wrong area can admin move it as no one is commenting and i need help. thanks jason
