Hello, I have a Mazda 3 2008 where the AC blows to the floor always. The dealer is telling me this is normal. So my problem is what should I do next. It blows the same amount of air through the floor vents when set to Center(face) as when it is set to Center and Floor. The dealer says this is normal for the 2008 but I had them show me this on 2009 but no problem. Am I crazy or is this wrong. They have looked at it three times. Should I try a different dealer?

sounds like the runaround to me, they don't want to fix it. This is not proper operation, if it was the button wouldn't be able to be set to 'face only' when the AC was on. If they still say it's normal, start reading from the owners manual.
