Help!!

Alright, I have a 2007 Mazda 3 with a 2.3L. Just recently this squeaking on the driver side had started. I didnt think anything at first that maybe it was just the brakes. I then changed my brakes and went to go see if maybe the squeaking would stop. NOPE! It didnt stop now it gets worst. It squeaks loud while im driving and gets worst when I apply the brakes. As im stopping it also makes this like grunt sound and like a knocking. Does anyone have any ideas what it might be?!

I had something similar when applying the brakes sometimes. This happened after a several-hour highway drive. Dealer mechanic said my computer needed either (he used both terms at different times) rebooting or reprograming. He explained that one part of the car could not talk to another part. Set me back around $200.

Thanks for the reply. Did this stop the squeaking? Im thinking its the wheel bearing and rotors. Actually im just hoping its something that easy so I can do it myself and not spend so much money. However if its something to do with the computer I will have to go to dealer I guess.

Yes, the noise (more a groan than a squeak) stopped.
