Cel

i have a 2004 mazda 3, and the other day when i was on my way to work i noticed that my cel was on. the next day it was off so i didnt worry about it too much, but then it came on a second time. i took it to autozone and it threw out a p0103 code, MAF sensor circuit high input. i have an injen CAI so i checked the maf sensor and cleaned it (which was quite dirty) but the light was still on. after fiddling with the wires (which seem to be under a lot of tension) the light went out. does this mean a wire could be broken somewhere? how much does this generally cost to fix? its been raining alot lately and ive heard moisture can cause this too..
