stock quarter mile times

hi i was wondering what all of your stock quarter mile times were for your protege. mines was 17.949 @ 74.62 mph with my 2000 5-speed protege dx. thanks.

I usually get around 17.8-18.5 depends on the day, and conditions.

I got a 2000 Es auto by the way.

back when it was just a stock 5 spd

i got a 2nd gen

17.3 @ 79 mph

you are slower because you are an auto...
imagine if i was, i would be in the mid to high 18's with my mean old 92 horsepower

p5 running 16.8 with 18s and my box in the back when i had it ... havent tried with stock wheels yet.... im sure it would be a little faster.....

it probably has to do with ur driving style....
i raced one just like yours and it was dead even....
we stopped at about 100 kms

and he had rims and a body kit and most likely a system...
but no performance anything

mines are in my sig, i did 16.97, and my friend did the same time. 16.97, we both have injen intake and a crappy axle back, no major mods.

Thats running stock...and a regular driver.

My first run I did 17.2 and my 0-60ft (2.3)was better that my second run @ 16.97 (2.49)
If you get to know your car, you can always do 16.8 and probably touch 16.7
