ST swaybar or Progress Springs?

Guys, I need your opinion. I would like to lower my autocross times, but can only afford one upgrade at this time. Which will reduce my time more, a rear sway bar or performance springs? I have a 92 LX, Tokiko S/R stuts, and 195/60/14 Azenis tires.

Also, which brand of springs is best for autocrossing? I mention Progress in the subject line because they had an exellent write up in Sport Compact Car (on a 2002 RSX).
