Hi,
Would a 5/6 point harness require me to either cut a hole in my stock seat for the anti sub belt, or buy a racing seat?

If i used the stock seat would the shoulder belts just go over the seat and anchor at the rear seat belt mounts? Or do I need a harness bar?

i'm new at this but it's for solo 1/trials.

You can use the back seat lap belt anchors to mount the shoulder straps to the chasis, use the lap belt mounts for the front seat to anchor your new lap belt. As for the anti sub straps you'll have to weld a plate to bottom of the car, then drill through the floor pan and the plate and then bolt it all in, It MUST be reinforced to take the impact and pass tech. ideally you should use a harness bar or roll bar to mount your harness to.

WHATEVER YOUR DO, DO NOT MOUNT THE SHOULDER BELTS TO THE FLOOR BEHIND YOUR SEAT!!!!!!!
