Not to rain on your parade but I'll never attend an event that does bullshit like this. It does nothing but hurt our image as responsible automotive enthusiasts. This whole "import sub culture" is becoming embarrassing rapidly. I want nothing to do with it.

This is a comment in general, not just bagging on you. I won't attend any show with this crap.

Doesn't bother me... honestly I pretty much outgrew events like that years ago.

However I recognize that sometimes events like this make for decent excuses to get some of the enthusiasts young and old together.

I find myself withdrawing more and more from this "lifestyle". I'm going to move into different cars so I can get away from all the kids and their stupid antics.

not that i goto alot of these events... 2? 3? maybe in the past 5 years... but i've been to other drag's, stock cars, houston grand prix, motor cycle and boat racing... i can't remember anything that *didn't* have some kind of 'extracurricular' events going on. especially anything with the girls.

anyway, i think i might go, maybe enter the 15 and slower brackets
