Hey i'm going to be in NE for about 4 days in October 11-14 i'll be in fremont and omaha area. Anyone in the forum from around there? let me know if you are. Wouldn't mind meeting some of you.

my gf is in college and they have a long weekend and she knows someone there and I have that weekend off and we decided to go over there. We went once last year also it was pretty fun.

No she attends ONU a private college in IL the drive is like a 9 hour drive from her school to fremont.

 

Who does she know from here. Fremont is only around 30,000 people.

 

the person out there is sort of her unofficially adopted dad. she's realy close to him, he used to live over in OH but moved to NE a few years back. So she goes out to see him when she can, i've gone before with her and she asked me to go again so we could have a few days together since i am working like 5 hours from where she is going to school.

 

Well that's good that she keeps in touch with him. I'll be up at the Nebraska Motorplex the night of the 11th. It's a dragstrip and I'm the computer operator up there. Are you into dragracing? If you are you should come up to watch or race. The gates open at 6:30pm. If your interested in coming up, it's near scribner, about 20 mins from fremont. If you need me to show you the way up there you can follow me. I leave about 6:00pm.

depends on what time we arrive friday, might not get in until late, if i can't make it let me know if you want to get together sometime and hang out a little that weekend. I love meeting other pro owners. The drag thing sounds cool, wouldn't mind going to watch if i can.

 

It will be open until 10:30 to midnight. It depends on how many cars we have up there. Spectating is $6 per adult and racing is $25 plus I think about 3 passengers as well. Your welcome to come up and sit on the 2nd floor of the tower with me. Good view from up there. Here's a map if you do decide to come up.

I have a 02 P5 red, with moonroof, abs, side airbags, polished wheels, 6 disk indash changer, 5spd, red seat covers, full front bra, window vents, red painted calipers, 2-12" rockford punch xlc's, 225.2 rockford punch amp, 2 red neon tubes in the interior. That's about it.

wow that looks nice, where did you get the seat covers and shifter ***? i like them. I still have a lot to do to mine. two things i'm really waiting on are turbo and a set of thin bass speakers (a friend is working for a company on the prototype they are sweet).
