I think he is refering to the movie "Twister" where the cow is stuck in the tornado and is spinning around the truck.

I remember back in college (about 8 yrs ago) people used to send 'cows' to the computers in the computer lab. It sucked to be trying to work and get this black and white 'cow' moving across your screen!

On a side note, I F*n hate the Sooners! The entire state of Okiehoma comes to a complete stop when they are playing. Try going into a store on game day....no one will even help you because they are all standing around watching the Sooners on their big screen TV.
