No it doesn't... I've got the shop manual, and it doesn't say anything about a DRL relay.

WTF manual is THAT from???!!! I'm talking about the Mazda service manual...

Just to clarify some stuff....

1. The item in the image above is the DRL Control Module. It's not a relay per say.

2. You CAN NOT unplug this and disable JUST the DRL.

I tried to unplug it. You disable all the headlights; DRL, high & low beam, fog lights and even the parking brake warning light, and the high beams on indicator. I took it apart, yes there is a relay inside of it along with some electronics.

I didn't have time to fiddle with it. I will look into it some more later on.
