I'll have to watch that next week when my DSL gets hooked up (FINALLY!!). I watched it on TNN, but for some reason, TNN had no sound all weekend. It sure looked cool, although the editors need to learn how to take the right line on an autocross course.

Those guys auto-xed like I do. 
I have to say Car and Driver's editors seem to be getting older and less infatuated with 'sporty' cars. Cars which would have gotten rave reviews 10 years ago are now shunned for being too cramped, too noisy, too jarring, to hard to live with, etc. The annoucer even referred to the RX-8 driving experience as 'boy-racer'. I agree the motor could deliver more torque, but boy-racer?
And what's with the drifting around Laguna Seca? I guess I was supposed to be impressed...
