All about AC condenser

The condenser is a critical component of any air conditioning system. You wouldn't be resting comfortably inside your cushy vehicle seat, shielded from the outside’s heat, if it weren't for it. But what precisely is an alternating current condenser?

AC condenser is a radiator located between the radiator's motor and automobile grille. Here, the AC’s gaseous refrigerant releases heat so that it can return to its liquid state. Simply explained, the condenser's duty is to convert the AC’s refrigerant from gas to liquid state.

Liquid refrigerant seeps to the dashboard evaporato, where it helps cool down the interior of your vehicle. It functions similarly to the radiator underneath the car’s hood. If the interior of your car isn't chilly enough, your AC condenser may be malfunctioning. Some of the most prevalent difficulties associated with an AC condenser are decreased capacity and leakage.

For the first problem, a common sign is that anything is amiss with your air conditioner. If the AC condenser was damaged, the flow of refrigerant would be reduced. As a result, the overall system will be less efficient. Once the refrigerant cannot flow correctly, the amount of cold air produced by your air conditioner will be significantly reduced.

There are visible leaks.
You should not ignore this sign. A perceptible leak indicates that there is some issue with the condenser. This might be an indication of a worn-out AC or substantial harm. Moreover, high-pressure refrigerant is likely to ooze out if your condenser leaks, causing the whole AC system to shut down.
