Water cooling turbo?

I have questions for those of you that have turboed your Protege's. If you are water cooling the turbo where did you hook up the water lines from? I was thinking of using the water lines of the throttle body assy. But would this mess up the throttle body assy by not having water running though it cooling it down?
Thanks in advance.

David, the water going through the throttle body is there to heat it up for reduced emissions and drivability in cold climates.

David, what eric said. I bypassed the throttle body lines as well to cool my turbo when it was on my car.

Thanks guys I used the lines of the throttle body like the Honda guys are doing and everything is fine. FYI I have all the cats removed and built a new down pipe from my turbo manifold to the Bosal exhuast system with a bung for the second O2 sensor *** far down the pipe as possible and I quit getting a CEL from the second O2 sensor. But its only been a couple days.
Again thanks

I know this is off of the subject, but where did you get the pedals? Is there a site link? Thanks!
