Okay, my friend and I are in the midst of making a custom turbo for his 94 hinda civic EX coupe, we have everything done including the manifold and adaptor plate to the turbo, our next thing will be the down pipe and charge pipes but that will be easy (from a shop). My questions are basically, what kind of intercooler woiuld you guys suggest, I was thinking one from a starion but not sure about the fitment, also does anyone have any ideas about running the oil feed lines, should we get some that are made for the specific turbo or should we just custom make them. I know this is a honda question but I bet the people here have more knowledge in their sleep then I would get on Honda-Tech.

need more info for the intercooler, the size and efficiency needed varies depending on the amount of boost wanted. Theoretically for a moderately pressurized engine, any FMIC as large or larger than a cereal box will do fine, but it depends on the turbo setup. Greddy makes a lot of different sized coolers for civics with the needed brackets although they are very expensive. As far as the oil lines, if the specifice ones for the turbo will reach the whatever is feeding the oil, that is best, and I would think a custom set of lines would do exactly that...
