Dyno Question

I was wondering. When a turbo car is dyno'd, how are the numbers effected with regards to the intercooler. I mean, as the boost rises, the temp is rising, and wind speed through the intercooler would be the same? How much does the loss of heat-transfer effect the numbers?
Is it compensated for?

I have never seen a dyno myself. But will be having it done at the end of the project.

Some (if not most) dynoes have large fans to blow through the intercooler to simulate driving down the road.
