Is there any chance this could add 5 - 10 HP with a good aftermarket intake installed?

I've got the 1.5L engine with some small goodies and i'm eventually putting in the 1.8L BP-T but i want to get a little more out of my engine while i have it so i was wondering if this product will add anything or will it just use up energy and do absolutely nothing?

 

look at the sticky above, if im correct there basically the same thing. I might be wrong, but no this would actually add resistance to your intake and would basically make you lose power.
