Talking Darkside

I would like to know if any one has a t3/t4 setup on there mp5 yet. I will have one done in about 2 weeks. I would also like to know if anyone has slip times and dynos yet. I would also like to see some more pictures or peoples setup and info on how it was done.

Hey Bankrup3000GT! I will be going with the T3/T4 in about the same time (2 weeks or so) and from what I know, we would be the first to do so! Maybe when we are done, we can cross reference our info and see what we come up with. What kind of set up are you going with (FMIC, FMU, Piggyback, Stand alone, inline fuel pump, bigger injectors, etc.). I will do some dyno runs as soon as I get everything sorted out. From what I heard, the T3/T4 will obviously have more lag then the T3 and also the 16g but will run more efficiently due to it's size.

I would also like to know were are you going to put your intercooler if you are going to have one? I'm having a problem with my powersteering line up front for a front mount intercooler.

I will also be running a FMU until I can afford a stand alone. My set up will be spoolin's exhaust manifold, T3/T4 Garnett turbo, Vortech 12:1 FMU, Apex hybrid FMIC, misc. (BOV,intercooler piping, boost gauge,a/f gauge,etc.). Total is about $2000. As far as mounting the FMIC, I have not test fitted it yet so I don't know about the powersteering lines yet but I did take a look and it looks like you just have to take of the plastic fastener and move the lines down a little, if I remember what it looks like correctly!?
Right now I don't know which stand alone I would go with when I can afford it: Haltech, TEC 3, or the Greedy E-Manage (this is not a stand alone but pretty close).
