Custom Intake Manifold?

Anyone know who makes custom intake manifolds? I'm thinking about a custom supercharger and I need a custom manifold to make it work. Any ideas?

I have a roots type blower that could fit with a custom intake and some mounting brackets. I just need to figure out if the clearance would work and the alignment of the pulleys.
