keep it simple. Black and nothing else.

I'm changing the tints on my 200sx this week. He had a gunmetal/smoke type tints. In some angles it looks like a REALLY dark gray and sometimes like mirror tints. I HATE MIRROR TINTS...lol

Hmmm...I agree with the above. Especially b/c of the Florida heat and the rims. I'm just saving up some money for tint now. I want to get most of my stuff done at the same time so its a pretty big transformation, or I would already have some 5%.

thanks guys, and I dont have pics of the car with the rims yet, I'm lazy.

redrims that is a hot 200sx. My friend has a electric blue 200sxser and has everything done to the engine besides a turbo which he is saving for right now a t3/t4

What do you guys think if I got a shiny metal looking tint. It wont be too dark. And I dont want limo tint it is just to dark for me I want something not to dark.

A t3/t4 ?? Double

Holy Crap! He's going to be pushing 350hp EASILY. I'm saving up to do that upgrade for next summer.

All I have to say is, "Once you go black, you don't go black"...lol
It doesn't have to be dark. I can be like 35-45%.

I'm still trying to figure that out, I just first wanted to know what kind of tint I should get and then ask my friends to see where I can get the best deal because it is hot and even with my ac on it is still warm inside the car.

And redrims my friend goes to nissanforums and sr20detforums and he says that he has seen your ride and he loves it He wants to push 10psi daily and his goal is to get to 350whp. Like I said he already has everything done to the engine and the car feels hell fast to me. I raced him and 1st gear he got up by 1/2 length, 2nd gear up to 1 full lenght and then 3rd came in and I was history all I got to see was him switching to 3rd and a big poof of black smoke come out of the exhaust

I like my 20%. Plenty dark, but you can still see out at night.

Mirror tints are kinda ...... old. IMHO, black tint is never trendy, and won't go out of "style" (all those who own a purple Cavalier or teal Camaro should recognize what I mean...).

Just make sure what brand you use. 3M, Johnson, Madico; those are quality tints. There may be others - just make sure of what you are buying. If it's too cheap to be real, it's crapola tint that will fade and/or turn purple. Quality brands will stay looking like new for a long time.

I have 20% Madico on all the windows of my P5, and couldn't be happier. Wife's Jeep is the same way.

I got my car & the wife's Jeep done the same day by the same guy, so we got a slight discount - I paid $325 for both cars - normal price probably would have been $175-$200 each.

i got this platinum tint.. its not mirrored, but it kinda takes to the colour of my car.. i dunno if its just the colour of my car.. but on some angles, its like i don't have windows at all.. i love it.. plus its 18% all around.. so visibility is great.. even at night.

Ive Got 3% everywhere but the front. It doesnt help me to see at night, but it looks awsome during the day.
