what color
i need advice from everyone, i'm not sure what color protege i want, i was gonna go with black or green but after hearing that it's hard to keep them clean and scratches show much easier than other colors i have now decided to get either silver white or burgundy, so my question is, can anyone with these color cars reply and give me their experience/opinion on if they are good colors and how they hold up

I like my black Protege, sure it's hard to keep clean. But black cars are the best looking (in my opinion). If you treat your cars good there is nothing like driving a car that is black mica. Also, everyone looks at me!!! No wait, maybe that's cause I'm busy passing Civic's!!!!

Yeah, I agree with shackmgr6073 too. Black is the best color, but it is hard to keep clean. I like white also, so I got the white one. Water stains are less visible on light colored cars and silver cars always seem to stay clean. Just my opinion though.

Color is really dependent on what you think. What I suggest that you do is to go to a local dealership and browse their current selection. Looking at pictures and descriptions can only do so much to influence your decision.
Many individuals have noted that the darker colors are harder to keep clean. This is really dependent on how much time you want to spend cleaning your car. Currently I purchased a black mica P5, due to going out and making a comparison of all the colors on the lot. Of course you are going to see scratches, scrapes and dings up close, but how many times are you going to go up to a black car and examine to see how many blemishes that it has? I highly doubt it.
So really, base it on what you want, go out to the dealership and compare colors.

I personally would chose black. Unlike red, white, or yellow (haven't seen any other color in person besides black) the Black Mica is metallic (in simpler words, it has little 'sparklies' in the paint). Plus, every accent color will go good with it, whichever you chose.
